Once your Pulse survey has been opened, you can no longer act on it. It is impossible to close your survey before the end date initially defined, even if you are at 100% participation.
No, you cannot send a Pulse questionnaire to a targeted population. The questionnaire is systematically sent to all employees registered on the platform.
When you upload your CSV file directly from the platform, it is possible that the Excel layout reformats the file and it appears unreadable.
Here are the steps to follow to open it correctly:
Only new users will receive a welcome email. Other users, already present on the platform, are not considered as new users, they will not receive welcome emails.
You already have a profile on the platform, you have already received your welcome email when you registered (made by your CSM or by a colleague), you are therefore new on the platform.
If you have just made changes in your Administration module, do not hesitate to refresh your page so that the entries are taken into account by your browser. This will allow you to load an update of the new settings previously entered.
If a participant does not receive the survey launch email:
If everything is good but she just didn't receive the launch email: she can go to app.bleexo.com and generate a new password.
There are several ways to log in to the Bleexo platform. Go to app.bleexo.com and select a login method:
If you can't find your password, you have to connect to the platform, select the classic connection, fill in your professional email and click on "lost password? A new password will then be sent to your mailbox.
Bleexo is not an application to download, but a platform accessible directly through the Internet. You can connect from your computer, your tablet or your smartphone.
Go to your personal space on app.bleexo.com then click on your initials on the top right and then on "My Account". In the "Language" category, you have access to a drop-down menu allowing you to select the language of your choice.
Go to app.bleexo. com and select the classic connection mode, fill in your email and click on "Forgot your password?" to receive an email allowing you to reset your password.
Go to your personal space on app.bleexo.com then click on your initials on the top right and then on "My Account". In the "Change my password" section, you can choose a new password after having entered your old one.
The first name is indicated because each space is personal, however the answers are well anonymized.
To take a Pulse survey, you can:
If you have not yet validated the entire questionnaire, you can go back to the desired question to modify it (note and/or comment), by clicking on the small blue arrow at the bottom right. If the questionnaire has been validated, it is not possible to come back and modify an answer.
Only if the question is indicated as optional (indication at the top left). The "Skip Question" button will appear and you can click on it to skip the question without answering it. If this is not the case, you must answer the question.
You must put a note to the question if you want to leave a comment.
