During your onboarding, you will be given a PDF file of the Pulse questions pre-configured on your platform. This document gives you a basis on which to work to see if the questions fit your situation, or if you'd like to modify and/or add to them.

To update your list of questions, log on to your platform, go to Administration and select Pulse driver list. This is your question library, from which you will make your selection for your questionnaire. It can therefore be as exhaustive as possible.

The drivers (driver = keyword characterizing a question) are arranged by theme. These themes are broad enough to encompass the majority of topics to be addressed in a social barometer survey.

You can therefore add/delete/modify a question directly in this section, in the right theme. If you'd like to add a question that doesn't belong to any category, you can add it to the Others section.

NB : themes cannot be modified or deleted.
As a reminder, it is these themes that enable you to carry out benchmarks, which is why it is important to integrate the driver into the most appropriate theme.

NB2 : if you delete all the drivers of a theme, this one will not appear anymore in the Pulse results, but it will still be visible in the Pulse drivers list.

NB3 : the engagement theme and its question cannot be customized, as this is the reference measure to be kept in order to calculate your eNPS.

There are two options for adding/customizing translations of your questions:

• Change the language in which you use the platform to the language you wish to set by going to "My account".
• OR integrate a new user in the foreign language to be set up
