Define the access rights of each person: the roles

When the platform is opened, several roles are set up by default: Employee, Manager, Supervisor, Administrator and Super-Administrator.

Each of these roles defines the access rights to the platform.

By default, here are the accesses for each of the roles:

  • Employee: People with this role only have access to questionnaires. They can only respond to launched surveys (Pulse, Ask or 360° feedback) but do not have access to the results.
  • Manager: a person with a manager role will be able to answer the questionnaires and have access (full or limited) to the results of their teams only.
  • Supervisor: This role is generally intended for members of management (Codir, Comex, Directors, etc.). These people answer the surveys and have access to the results of all teams and can use all filters.
  • Administrator: we generally recommend this role to a limited number of people because the Administrator can see all the results and has access to the administration part of the platform.
  • Super-Administrator: this is simply the role assigned to your Bleexo project manager to help you use the platform. This role gives you full access to the platform, with the exception of responding to surveys and comments.

Pulse employee view:
This view lets you give your employees a preview of their results. This preview will be displayed on their My Bleexo home page, below the welcome message and any notifications. This view can be configured for each role. There are 3 possible views:

  • The"Not displayed" view will not display any results.
  • The"Engagement + Participation" view will show the most recent engagement score and survey participation rate.
  • The"Surveys" view is the most comprehensive view. It shows the scores for all the questions asked in the surveys, as well as the score given by the employee logged in to his or her space.
NB: The Pulse Collaborator view can be set to either "The whole company" or "His department". If it is set to "Company-wide", the employee will have an overview of the company's results as a whole. If it is conditioned to "His Department", the employee will have an overview of the results of his reference department only.

You can assign a role to each user directly on the CSV file when importing, or directly on the user's file in the platform. This role can, of course, evolve over time: you can modify it at any time from the user's file.

It is in theRoles tab that you can modify and/or adapt the access rights of each role. You can also create as many roles as you need.

🚨New from September 29, 2023🚨

In the Pulse Collaborator View, you will always have 3 display options:

  • The "Not displayed" view
  • Commitment+participation" view
  • The "Surveys" view

You will also be able to condition the view of your collaborators to three different scopes in the Population of the Collaborator view: it can be conditioned either to "The whole company", "Its departments", or "The company and its departments":

  • The company: this will give the employee an overview of the company's overall results.
  • Departments: this will give the employee an overview of his or her departments' results.
  • The company and its departments: this allows the employee to choose between an overview of the company's overall results OR the results of its departments.
