Exporting Pulse results

Once your survey is completed and you have reviewed your results, you may need to extract some of these results (to give a presentation to your employees, to communicate the results to a manager, etc.).

To do this, go to the "Reports" tab. On this tab, you will find all the formats available to extract information from your surveys. You can extract information from one or more surveys in the following formats

  • PDF
  • Powerpoint
  • Excel

Select the desired extraction format by clicking on the corresponding icon.

For the PDF format, different extractions are proposed:

  • Simple report: includes only the participation score and the last measure of the Commitment score

  • Full report: it includes all the drivers, whether they have been installed recently or not, and you find the history over one year. Here you can specify your choices: you can select the drivers you want and choose to integrate or not the key segments (the segments that carry us and the segments that need help), as well as the comments. If there are several languages on your platform, you can select the language of the report.

  • Report by survey: you can select the survey of your choice, but also if you want to show key segments and/or comments. If there are several languages on your platform, you can select the language of the report.

For the Powerpoint format, you have the choice between a full report or a survey report:

  • Complete: same format as for the pdf report, you will find all the drivers present on the platform with a one year history.
  • Survey: you select the date of your survey to extract its results.

For both formats, you will find the same extraction options:

  • integrate the themes: you can group your drivers by theme
  • integrate the benchmarks: you can choose to have them all appear or not
  • integrate key segments (those who carry you and those who need help)
  • integrate comments in a word cloud format.

You can always choose the language of your report.

NB: Thanks to the filters at the top of your page, you can extract data for a particular segment. Simply select the desired segment(s) and proceed with the desired extraction.

Discover also the possibility to make two specific exports on your Pulse module in xls format:

  • Exporting your Heatmap to the Compare tab
  • Exporting your comments on the Comments tab
