Receive a reply/Reply to a comment

As mentioned in the article Accessing Pulse results on the Comments tab, it is possible to reply to a comment left by a collaborator from the Comments tab.

On the manager's side:

From the Comments tab in Pulse, you have access to the comments left by your collaborators on the surveys: they remain anonymous and are only linked to the respondent's score. Comments are sorted by driver and by score.

When you hover your mouse over a comment, a Reply button appears: this allows you to reply blind to a comment, i.e. you don't know who you are replying to (anonymity is guaranteed) but the person who receives your reply knows who replied to them. Your initials appear next to your answer.

This allows for anonymous discussion with the person to obtain more information or to communicate with them about possible solutions. It is also a good idea to thank a person for their feedback in the case of a positive comment: this will show that the manager/management is reading the feedback and taking it all into account. This can be encouraging and create a positive momentum for future surveys.

On the employee side:

When you receive a response to a comment you left on a survey, you will receive an email to inform you, as well as a notification on the Bleexo app:

To read the message, click on the link in the e-mail: it will automatically redirect you to the message that was sent to you.

You can also find the message left by logging into my personal space on app.bleexo.com, and clicking on the "My conversations" tab:

You may choose to respond to the answer you receive, with the assurance that you will remain anonymous:

As you can see, at no time is your identity communicated to the person who answers me. However, you will find the name of the person who answered you.

The exchange is visible only to the two parties. No one else has access to it.

NB: Depending on the configuration of each platform, some people may or may not be able to reply to comments. Please contact the administrator of your platform to know if this option is activated.

As an administrator, you can change this option from the Administration module → Role tab.
