The reference department will be used to define the perimeter of certain accesses to the platform, such as the employee view on My Bleexo (the platform's home page) or the benchmark. It must be selected from the segment types you have previously created (see Create segmentation or Modify segmentation).

Example: on My Bleexo, I give users visibility over their surveys. I then need to define the scope of these results: I choose between the reference department or the company. Users will have visibility of the averages for their reference department or company.
In the example below, I have a Pulse employee view of my reference department, which is the agency to which I belong.
