We recommend that you export your first CSV file from the platform, even if no user is entered beforehand. This will allow you to :
have the right columns with the right headings,
have the right file format,
Start with the right frame and complete with the necessary information.
On this file, you will find the columns necessary to create a profile for a user:
the first name,
the name,
the email,
the employee code (optional),
the phone number (only if you plan to send solicitations by sms),
the language (of the platform for the user),
the role (on the platform, which defines the access rights),
the email manager (to build the hierarchical pyramid),
presence (1 for a person available to answer the survey or 0 if absent).
The columns from column J onwards correspond to the segments you have created, so there will be as many columns as there are families of existing segments. You will have to fill in for each employee the segments to which they belong.
