By default, the confidentiality threshold is set to 5 respondents: below this number, the results of a team or a segment will not be displayed when you zoom in on them. Their results are included in the globality but you will not be able to focus on this group.

To change this threshold, you must make a request to your contact at Bleexo (your Customer Success Manager) or on the email address support@bleexo.com, and our teams will make the change.

NB: we are talking about the number of respondents here, not the number of people who make up a group or a team. In a team of 10 people, if 3 people responded to the survey, then you will not be able to focus on this team.
