The default language of your company is the language you want to define as the main language on your platform. This allows you to define, for example, when a question is not translated into the language of a user, the language in which it should appear. This language can be changed at any time.
If you wish to change the default language, you must go to the "Company settings" tab of the Administration module. In the "Default language of your company" section, click on the drop-down menu to make the change of your choice:

Then click on "Update" to save your changes.
The reference department will be used to define the scope of certain accesses on the platform, such as the employee view on My Bleexo (the platform's home page) or for the benchmark. It must be selected among the types of segments that you have created beforehand (see Create the segmentation or Modify the segmentation).
If you want to modify your reference department, go to the "Company settings" tab of the Administration module. In the "Department" section, choose from the drop-down menu the type of segment you want to define as your reference department:

Then click on "Update" to save your changes.
The concept of a "reference department" has been removed from the "Company parameters" tab, as well as from the platform. You can now define a segment as a department in the "Segmentation" tab. This will enable you to define segment managers.
