When you have large-scale changes to make, it is best to go through the CSV file. This will save you time and avoid potential errors.

Go to the Export CSV page in the Administration module and launch the export to extract the file from your platform. You will then be able to start from the right base to make your adjustments.

Your file will open and you can make any necessary changes.

Once this is done, go to the Import CSV page to upload your database.

Once the import is launched, a first window appears to confirm you:

• The number of user profiles added
• The number of modified user profiles
• The number of deleted user profiles

If this corresponds to the changes made, you can validate the import.

NB: any new file imported will overwrite the data in the old file.

As a reminder, only new people receive a welcome email. Other users already exist on the platform, so they are not considered as new, it is quite normal not to receive a welcome email.

NB: if you modify the email address of a person on the CSV file (the email address being used as identifier), it will be considered as new and will receive a welcome email.
