To edit, create or delete a question, you need to go to the Pulse Driver List in Administration: from there you can add a question, rephrase a question, change the question title and/or translation, and the optionality.

In this list, you will find all the questions saved in the question library. It is from this list that you will create the next survey by selecting the questions you wish to ask. You must therefore make the settings from this list.

The questions are arranged by theme: the themes cannot be modified because they are common to all platforms. For example, they will allow you to benchmark with companies that use Bleexo.

For each question, you can modify :

• the name of the driver (= question title)
• the question,
• translation if needed,
• the questioning frequency (only if you are in automatic engine)
• optionality (making the question mandatory or optional)

To make these changes, move your mouse over the question to see the "Edit" button appear. By clicking on it, the window allowing you to make changes will open.

To make a question optional, you have to change in the box "Optionality", "Required answer" by "Optional answer". This will apply to only one question. You must repeat the same operation to make several questions optional.

My question becomes optional for all my collaborators. They will be able to choose not to answer it if they are not concerned by the question.

NB: the Engagement question is a standardized question and therefore cannot be modified: you can therefore use it as a comparison to communicate on your eNPS score, the Employee Net Promoter Score. Moreover, this data is used as a basis for calculating your strengths and weaknesses, the impact of a driver, etc.
