To modify a driver (= a question on Pulse), go to the Pulse driver list tab on the Administration module. When you move your mouse over a driver, a "Modify" button appears on the right:

By clicking on it, you can access the driver details and make the desired changes: change the driver title, rephrase the question, adjust the questioning frequency for the automatic mode or make the question optional.

Be sure to click on "Update" to save the changes you have made.

NB: When you modify a driver, you have to be careful not to modify the meaning if it has already been asked in a previous survey: the modification will update the question and the results of the previous surveys might not match the new question. If the meaning changes radically, it is better to create a new driver (see Create a new driver)

NB2: The engagement question is the only driver that cannot be modified, as it is a standardized question for the calculation of the ENPS (Employee Net Promoter Score).
