Users with a role that gives them access to the Ask module have access to the results, and if the results of a survey are relevant to the population they have a view on.

Example: A user with hierarchical depth on his teams only, and having access to the module, will see the results of his teams only. If his teams have not been asked to participate in the survey, he will have no visibility on the survey or the results of the other respondents.

A user with hierarchical depth across the entire company and access to the Ask module will see the results of all respondents.
