When your 360° feedback survey is created, a message appears to confirm it and invites you to choose participants. To do this, you can click on the "Choose participants" button or go to the My 360° tab to find my survey and click on "Choose participants":

This will bring you to the respondent selection window. In each category (Manager, Employees, N-1 and Others), you will search for and select employees, regardless of the degree of anonymity chosen. It is essential to solicit people with whom you work on a daily or regular basis or with whom you have recently shared a project, in order to obtain relevant feedback on your skills.

Once participants are selected, your 360 will be displayed as "Ready". By clicking on your survey, you will have access to the following options:

• Preview your questionnaire,
• Appoint a coach,
• View participants and edit the list,
• Start your 360° feedback immediately.

On the opening date of your survey, you and your colleagues will receive an email inviting you to take the survey.
