To schedule your survey, you must go to the 360° Feedback module, on the Schedule tab. Select "Me" as the beneficiary
NB: depending on your access rights, you may only be able to program a 360 for yourself, so the other options will not appear.
Then select the template you want to use or start from scratch by clicking on "Create yourself". A pop-up window will appear to ask you for confirmation: click on "Use" and start the creation.
The steps for creating the questionnaire are as follows:
Subject* You can customize the title and the introduction,
Questions* You can change the questions and answer options,
Survey dates: two possible options, either you program your survey by indicating a start date and an end date, as well as the follow-up emails, or you keep the manual mode and you will have to press a button to launch the questionnaire, follow-up the participants and end the survey,
Level of anonymity: select the level of anonymity of your 360° feedback: nominative (respondent's first and last name is indicated), semi-anonymous (respondent's category is indicated) or anonymous (no indication of the respondent),
Creation: the last step that summarizes your survey. To finalize the creation of the survey, click on "Create".
Your survey has been created and you will find it in the My 360° tab.
