Once you have created your 360° feedback survey, you have the option to choose to be accompanied by a coach. This coach can be your manager, a member of the HR team or one of your colleagues whom you trust to accompany you in reading your results.

To choose one, go to the My 360° page and click on your survey. You will then see the "Appoint a coach" button.

By clicking on it, a window opens and allows you to choose among all the collaborators the person you wish to designate as Coach.

You will then see your coach's name appear on your survey line.

When your 360 ends, your coach will be the first to receive the results of your survey. He or she will then be able to share them with you either during a point to accompany you in the reading, or directly via the platform.

The choice of a coach is optional but highly recommended if you have never done 360° feedback before.

NB: Coaches accompany the beneficiaries throughout the 360° cycle. They help them receive and analyze feedback, choose what they want to focus on and take action. Coaches are usually managers, but can also be mentors, HRs, anyone who can provide this kind of support.
