You can follow the actions implemented by your team or yourself, as well as the impacts of these actions from the "Details" tab of the Pulse module.

To do this, go to the Pulse module, on the Details tab. Select the theme you want to follow. As you have noticed, actions can only be attached to a theme and not to a driver, simply because a driver can be modified, which can distort the attachment of a tip.

To display the actions on the graph of the drivers' evolution history, you select at the bottom of the page, if you want to see your actions, or those of your team. A number appears next to each tab to show you the number of actions for each category.

On this page, you will find the initials corresponding to the manager who has taken actions, and by passing your mouse over them, his full name appears, and the diagram corresponding to his action becomes darker.

Example: Here, I see that Charlotte Martens initiated an action in July. Since then, I can clearly see that the Integration driver has risen but the Mutual Aid driver has fallen. I can then go and see in detail the to-do list made by Charlotte to get inspired and/or to accompany her on the implementation of other actions to improve Mutual Aid.
