After reading a Tip Sheet, you are ready to put it into action!
To do this, click on "Take action" at the bottom of the form: a window will open to establish a schedule of your actions.

You then inform your deadline, as well as your to-do list that will allow you to identify the different steps or elements to put in place to reach your goal.

Once you are done, press the Create button. You will then find your current actions in the "Actions" tab. Each time a step is validated, you can then check the box to mark it as completed.

Once you have checked all the steps, you can then Close the action and evaluate if you have indeed reached your goal and see the impact of your action on the next Pulse surveys (see "See the impact of actions").
