As an administrator or manager, you can access certain information during the survey. The results (scores and comments) are not visible and will only be visible when the survey is closed.

You can follow the evolution of the participation rate from day to day: to do so, go to the "Surveys" tab of the Pulse module, click on the Surveys tab and there you can follow the participation. You can also apply filters to follow the participation rates by segment.

This allows you, for example, to identify segments that are below the participation threshold and to follow up by e-mail, while preserving the anonymity of respondents/non-respondents.
