Take a Pulse survey

When the survey is launched, an automatic e-mail is sent directly by the platform from the address no-reply@mg.bleexo.com to your employees who have an e-mail address.
This e-mail informs you of the launch of the survey, as well as its composition (number of questions, duration and end date).

NB: This e-mail is strictly personal, since the magic link in "Reply" opens your personal space. If you forward it, you give access to your answers, your space, ... You must not forward this e-mail.
Invitation to take part in the Pulse survey

Simply click on the Reply button to open your personal session, access the current survey directly and answer the questions. The survey is completed in one go. You cannot start answering and then return to the questionnaire later.

For each question, you assign a score between 0 and 10.
Next, a comment field will appear: you can leave a comment to provide clarification and support for the score assigned. Please note that this comment field is optional.

When a question is optional, a mention appears above the question. You can then skip it by clicking on "Skip this question". If you have already given a mark, you can also cancel it and skip the question.

Progress through the questionnaire is indicated by the progress bar on the right-hand side. Here you'll find the questions you've answered and those awaiting a response.

At the end of the questionnaire, you'll need to confirm that you've sent your answers for them to be taken into account.

NB : As already stated, all responses are final. Before validation, you may wish to reread your answers, as once the questionnaire has been validated, it will no longer be possible to return to it.

If a participant does not receive the survey launch email:

  • check for spam: it is possible that this email has been classified as spam. You will have to add the sender to the list of authorized senders.
  • ask the platform administrator to check if he is correctly entered as a user and if the email address is correctly spelled.
  • if the person is not filled in: you cannot add a participant during the survey. They will only participate in the next survey.
  • if the email address has not been spelled correctly: just make the change in the list of users directly and the person will be able to connect, either by generating a magic link or by resetting his password(Connection to the platform)

If everything is good but she just didn't receive the launch email: she can go to app.bleexo.com and generate a new password.
