You have been selected to take a 360° feedback survey: you have received an email to notify you. To access the survey, there are two possibilities:

• you can access it directly by clicking on the link in the email,
• You can connect to Bleexo with your login and password: on the home page, you will find the invitation to the survey or click on the 360 module, then in My 360, you will find the survey(s) for which you are solicited and click on "Answer" to access it.

Respond to the 360° feedback in a caring and constructive way: your feedback is important for the beneficiary. It will allow them to understand their strengths and areas for improvement in order to develop.

At the end of the survey, a message indicates that you are about to validate your answers. Please feel free to reread your answers before validating them.

NB: as long as the survey is open, you can view and modify your answers if necessary. To do so, go to My 360° and open the survey: you will find the "View my answers" button to access the questionnaire and modify your answers.
