To modify the pre-configured questionnaire templates on your platform, log into Administration in the "360° Feedback" section. You will find two possibilities: access the question bank or the questionnaire templates. Click on the Questionnaire templates.

You will find all the existing templates on your platform. By clicking on a template, it appears on the right and you have the possibility to delete, duplicate or modify it. If you want to create a new template, just click on "Create a new template".

You will then need to write the topic of the model, as well as an introduction.

Then, to add questions, you will have to click on "Access to the question bank" to select the questions to be integrated on your model.

This template will then be available to all 360° feedback users.

Note: when you modify a question in the question bank, all the questionnaire templates that contain this question will be updated.
