As a Coach, I receive a notification when the survey opens, as do all survey participants. You can be selected as a coach without participating in the survey.

At the end of the 360° feedback of the person you are coaching, you will receive an email informing you that the report is ready for consultation:

• you can click on the link in the notification email: you are redirected directly to the 360° results,
• You can connect to Bleexowithyour login and password: on the 360 module, in My 360 you will find all the 360° that concern you, yours and those of which you are a coach, in the "Completed" category. By clicking on the survey you are interested in, you can access different options, including "View the report" to access the results:

Once you have read and analyzed the beneficiary's results, you can share the results with him/her during a meeting, or directly choose to share his/her report via the platform.
