When a 360° feedback survey is closed, there are two possibilities:
a coach has not been designated: the beneficiary receives an email to inform him/her that he/she has access to the report of his/her survey,
a coach has been designated: the coach receives an email to access the results. He has access to it before the beneficiary to be able to make a first reading and prepare the restitution to the beneficiary.
To retrieve your report, log in directly to the 360° feedback module, on the My 360° page. You will then find your completed survey and by clicking on it, you can click on the "View Report" button to open it.
NB: Only the recipient of a 360° feedback survey and his/her coach (if any) have access to the report.
NB2: If you are a coach, do not forget to share the report with the beneficiary to give him/her access. To do this, simply click on the "Share Report" button to send it to him/her.
