When the survey starts, an automatic email is sent directly from the platform to your employees to inform them of the launch of the survey, as well as its composition (number of questions, duration and end date).
Simply click on the Answer button to log in to your personal account, go directly to the current survey and answer the questions.
If a participant does not receive the survey launch email:
- Check for spam: it is possible that this email has been classified as spam. You will have to add the sender to the list of authorized senders.
- Ask the platform administrator to check if he is correctly entered as a user and if the email address is correctly spelled.
- If the person is not filled in: no participant can be added during the survey. The person will only participate in the next survey.
- If the email address has not been spelled correctly: just make the change in the list of users directly and the person will be able to connect, either by generating a magic link or by resetting his password (see "Connecting to the platform").
- Verify that the person is in the correct audience, i.e., the selected segment(s). If the person is not part of the correct segmentation, he or she will not be able to participate in the survey. The segment modification is not retroactive, so it will not be possible to integrate it into the current survey.
If everything is good but she just didn't receive the launch email: she can go to app.bleexo.com and generate a new password.
