The Bravo module is open to all employees registered on the platform. Anyone can give or receive a Bravo. It is the only non-anonymous tool in the Bleexo suite. The objective of the tool is to set up positive feedback and facilitate the exchange of signs of recognition between peers, with one's team or with management.

The published Bravos are accessible to everyone. Everyone can sort the messages to see those that concern the whole company or only those that concern them. This is the only sorting available.

You cannot delete a Bravo. However, if a person has left your company, any Bravos they have been awarded or any Bravos they have given will no longer be attached to them and they will be identified as a "Deleted User".
